Starting Monday, Feb. 17, local restaurants will feature a specialty burger in the first Richmond Burger Week. The goal is to get citizens to try new local restaurants that they may not have had before and experience a $5 specialty burger.
We spoke to the coordinator of Burger Week Brandi Bowles, who stated the special event was a likeness to the Lexington Burger Week.
However, unlike Lexington Burger Week, each restaurant will be featured on a individual day of the week. Now, consumers will have a chance to try each featured burger from the restaurants.
