Berea Police have reported to WBONtv an update in regards to this morning’s shooting that occured in the Boone Mini Mall in Berea near Ace Harware.
According to police, one male was shot in a vehicle and is now receiving treatment at UK hospital. Police reiterate that there is no threat to the community at this moment, as all parties are in custody. One suspect is currently under investigation by police and being questioned.
At this time, the victim is suffering from non-life threatening injuries from the gunshot.
