According to Richmond Police Department in the latest update, two bodies are on the scene of an apartment on Keystone Drive in Richmond. Witnesses confirm one is female and another male. There is another man with a rifle that has currently barricaded himself in the apartment and is currently not negotiating with police.
Police tell WBONTV that they are trying to get the scene clear so they can get to the deceased. They are utilizing bullhorns to ask the man to come outside.
Coroner Jimmy Cornelison says at this time he is not able to get close enough to pronounce them deceased.
