The man taken into custody following a deadly armed standoff with police Thursday night has been identified as 49 year old Lance Storz, of Allen.
Storz has been charged with murder, two counts of murder of a police officer, and assault on a service animal.
According to the citation charges the shots fired by the suspect killed two officers, injured five additional officers, an EMS director, and killed a K-9 unit.
