Richmond Firefighter, 41 year old Ronald Shane Allen has been taken into custody, and charged with multiple sex offense charges, including against a victim under the age of 12.
The victim, according to the citation, lived with Allen.
Allen was previously an EMT for Madison County, who confirm that he no longer works with the EMS agency.
The charges include incest, rape, and sodomy. The citation states that the abuse began in 2010, and lasted until 2017.
