Update: KSP confirms at the scene of the Estill County shooting between brothers this morning that one did die from the gunshot, and he was dead when they arrived at the scene. No murder charges are filed yet, as investigators are unsure if the shooting was in self defense as the two were fighting. They would not confirm the name of the victim or the suspect at this moment.
