Today, the Madison County Health Department confirmed after collaborating with Frankfort that there is in fact a confirmed case of Hepatitis A here in Madison County.
Public Information Officer with the MCHD Jim Thacker says that there is a low risk associated with this case, which should only affect those that dined at the McDonald’s in Berea on Glades and US 25 on Friday, March 23rd. He maintains this is a low risk, but if you exhibit any of the symptoms listed in the video to get tested immediately.
