March is Children’s Champion month and for the third year in a row the billboard winner comes from Kirksville Elementary School. Be on the lookout for Children’s Champions Activities all month long like Family Bowling Day on March 17th and Kids Mall Madness at the Richmond Mall on March 23rd.
