According to a post on social media, The Berea Fire Department arrived at the blaze at Marcum Auto Sales on Walnut Meadow Road just before 3 am this morning.
Berea city firefighters and first responders from the Berea Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad remained on scene all morning, and did not clear the area until recently.
Traffic on Walnut Meadow Road was block for a time, but with help from the Berea Police Department motorists were able to safely pass while firefighters worked the inferno.
The new ladder truck that was a recent addition to the Department helped firefighters get to the fire and get it out quickly, according to the Fire Department.
