The Madison County Fair is Blooming with an array of activities, WBONTV’s Marisa Hempel went down to the learn about the horticulture segment where flowers and various floral arrangements are judged and awarded.
Marisa Managed to get an interview with the judges who explain the process of how they determine who is awarded for their floral artistry. With over 100 entries Master Gardener Connie Baird and Horticulture Professor Carla Hagan spent their time examining the various entries.
