Thursday afternoon March 2, 2023, Richmond Police arrested a Farristown Middle School teacher and charged him with first degree sodomy of a child under 12 years of age.
Christopher Workman, age 39 of Richmond, was booked just after 5 p.m. today at the Madison County Detention Center on the charge. Farristown Middle Schools staff page list Workman as a Language Arts Teacher. Workman has also worked for the school district in the past as a bus driver and at other schools in the county.
