Eltron Bailey, a suspect in the October murder of Jaicoati Dean in Richmond was apprehended yesterday in Lexington.
Bailey was being transported by 26 year old Keirra Berry around 2 P.M. off of Newtown Pike. This was the second time Berry had been spotted with Bailey, the two avoided apprehension the first time.
Berry was arrested and charged with first degree hindering prosecution/apprehension.
Bailey was also arrested and charged with multiple charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, parole violation, persistent felony offender 2nd , possession of handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), as well as violation of conditions of release.
