According to Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison, a one vehicle wreck at mile marker 84.8 on i75 NB resulted in the death of a man from Tennessee.
Coroner reports that the man has been identified as Randy Houldridge from Maryville, Tennessee. He was 61 years old.
Apparently, according to witnesses, he hit a rock embankment after wrecking on the road and then flipped the car, which the Coroner says is very hard to survive.

According to police reports, the accident occurred around 8:30 this morning near the 84 mile marker, where a car apparently flipped. The car hit a rock wall and went off the road before turning upside down. Luckily, no other vehicles were involved, and the name of the victim has yet to be released.
