Two recent deaths here in Madison County have been ruled accidental by the Madison County Coroner after over a month of investigation. Amanda Bailey was found dead on Concord Road in Richmond after an extensive search near Lake Reba across multiple days. She reportedly got in a fight with her boyfriend and walked off when the missing persons alert went out.
Also in February, the body of a male, Sinclair Johnson was discovered in the same area. WBONTV did a story at the scene that morning where Johnson had evaded police both by car and foot after he was allegedly involved in a suspected robbery.
The coroner reports that autopsies were performed for both unrelated cases, and the state medical examiner found their deaths were ruled as accidents. The extreme cold weather in both these cases contributed to their deaths.
