Today in Richmond, a judge found probable cause to send the case of a woman accused of killing two Berea College students in a wreck to a grand jury.
37 year old Natasha Gross pleaded not guilty to all charges against her in Madison county this morning. According to police, Gross was driving recklessly and had attempted to pass another vehicle when she struck another vehicle, killing the passengers in the car.
She is charged with two counts of 2nd degree manslaughter, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, and operating a vehicle on suspended or revoked license.
Gross remains in the detention center on a $500,000 cash bond.
