Decorated Richmond Soldier Dies in Iraq

A soldier from Richmond, Kentucky has died on Saturday while serving in Ninawa Province, Iraq. Reportedly 22-year-old Spc. Ryan Dennis Orin Riley was supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.
