A new senior citizen center, located at 801 Brighton Ave, had its ribbon cutting this afternoon. Dubbed the Richmond Active Living Center, the facility offers many services to the residents living within such as an exercise room and a pool table.
Mayor Robert Blythe spoke a few words before the cutting, thanking the many contributors of its operation.
The Director of the Richmond Senior Citizen Center Heather Sloan also spoke in memory of a Resident named Patricia Golden, before she proceeded to cut the ribbon finally unveiling this new community facility at 801 Brighton Avenue.
