A new art center is opening in Estill County. The Center is called River City Music and Arts, and is located at 211 main street in Irvine, Kentucky.
The new center is operated and owned by two born and raised Estill County Military Veterans: Donnie Isaacs and L.G. Richardson. The open art venue will announce its unveiling with a kick-off event that features the musical talents of Aaron Boyd and W.D. Miller this Saturday. Watch the video for all the details.
