The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in locating a wanted man.
Richard Clark, 35 years of age, from Richmond, is currently wanted on active warrants for Murder (attempted), Strangulation 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
They stress, Clark may be armed so do not approach or attempt to apprehend.
