MCSO turns to public to help locate man wanted on attempted murder, other charges
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public assistance in locating a wanted man. Richard Clark, 35 years of age, from Richmond, is currently wanted on active warrants for Murder (attempted), Strangulation 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
