A Madison County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of Irvine Road and Robbinsville Loop over the weekend which led to the discovery of narcotics.
Following the request of a K9 unit, MCSO K9 Deputy Kermeen and K9 Bo responded to the scene, where Bo was deployed to conduct a free air sniff of the vehicle. According to police, Bo gave a conditioned response which indicated that there were narcotics nearby.
A search of the driver, Stacey Camden of Winchester, reportedly yielded 63.5 grams of methamphetamine and 5.5 grams of marijuana, which were hidden on her person. Additionally, officers say a large sum of cash and a set of scales were also discovered in Camden’s vehicle.

Camden was arrested and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center where she was charged with Possession of Marijuana, 1st Degree Trafficking in Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Maintain Required Insurance.
