The Laurel County Sheriff’s Department reported an arrest which occurred off East Campground Road after an officer was dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene, the deputy could hear a male subject, later identified as John Parms, yelling and screaming inside the residence. Parms then came out of the residence and allegedly began yelling and screaming when police pulled up.
An investigation was conducted, and he was determined to be under the influence by authorities. Parms reportedly stated that he was mad because he was seeing two people everywhere and the air conditioner would not answer his questions.
Parms was charged with 2nd Degree Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication (Controlled Substances), and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
