After allegedly refusing to get out of a tree, a Laurel county man is now behind bars. Officials report that Covey Brock was located when they arrived at a business to a complaint that Brock was hiding behind the building, and allegedly saying he was being chased by helicopters. Once deputies arrived on scene, Brock climbed a tree and allegedly refused to come down despite their demands. He was determined to be under the influence once he got down from the tree, and was arrested with criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
