The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office report that Deputies arrested Noah Andrew Blevins, age 18 of London on Wednesday October 30, 2019.
The arrest occurred off Blanton Subdivision Road, 4 miles west of London. The subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court warrant of arrest regarding charges of torturing a dog/cat with serious physical injury or death, cruelty to animals second-degree and unlawful transaction with a minor third-degree.
BLevins was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
