Kit Carson Elementary recognizes students that go above and beyond at their school through a monthly program they call Principal Pride Patrol.
As part of this program, principal Jane Anderson makes a special visit to the homes of kids to commend them on their excellent behavior. This month’s Principal Pride Patrol recipient is Tyson Thacker.
Anderson and Thacker’s teacher, Ashley Cornett, showed up to surprise Tyson with balloons, a yard sign, and a pizza for his outstanding conduct.
