Recently on February 27th, KSP reported pulling over a vehicle with 4 occupants in suspicion that the driver was under the influence 2 of these passengers are Willie Lamarr and Cody Diondre Winchester-Walton. Officers report the car a rental and the driver seemed to be extremely nervous. According to reports from KSP, the officers questioned the 4 different occupants who all claimed to be coming from Tennessee, only the cities they listed were different. Officers claim one of the passengers said Chattanooga and the other Nashville. Officers report due to suspicion and conflicting stories coinciding with the nervousness of the driver, officer’s asked the driver if there was anything illegal and asked for consent to search the vehicle.
Officer’s say the driver refused a search of the car. Police then implemented K9 unit Tony to search the exterior of the vehicle, a few moments later Tony gave a positive alert on the passenger side. A search was then conducted and 3 laptops with several blank checks turned up, also located was a printer in the rear cargo. Further inspection into the bag of one of the occupants revealed 9 blank credit cards along with a number of other credit cards. All occupants of the vehicle were arrested and lodged in the Madison county detention center.
