In a follow up on the single vehicle injury accident WBON-TV covered Friday night. The incident occured on the Madison/Estill County line where, according to an eye witness, a truck left the roadway and came to rest in a tree line on the Old Waco Loop Road.
Madison County Sheriff’s Department confirms the driver, Brandon Marshall of Irvine had to be cut out of the vehicle with the jaws of life by the Waco Volunteer Fire Department. Marshall was transported to UK for his injuries. Alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the accident, according to the report.
Madison County Fire and Rescue also assisted on the scene.
