The Madison County Health Department and Detention Center have teamed up to bring an official from the non-profit group, Serve & Protect, to Richmond for a series of special presentations.
Serve & Protect is an agency which helps provide emotional support for public safety officials. Although they’re based in Brentwood, Tennessee, they reach internationally and have helped almost 6,000 first responders since their founding in 2011.
Founder and CEO, Robert Michaels, is scheduled to conduct the presentations on January 21st and 22nd at the Madison County Library, Richmond Branch. Presentations held on the 21st will be held from 1-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Presentations held on the 22nd will be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
