The Madison County Clerk’s Office will be reopening both the Richmond and Berea Branch to the public effective Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Appointments will still be available at the Richmond Branch but will not be required.
Lunch Hours
Our Berea Branch will be closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. The Richmond Branch will remain open through lunch hours.
No-Contact Automobile Registration
The public may visit the office to complete their automobile registration in-person. There are three (3) options to complete a vehicle registration renewal with no-contact.
- First (1), online renewal is available for most vehicles at drive.ky.gov
Online renewal instructions are included at the website listed above.
- Second (2), vehicles may be renewed over the phone, (859) 624-4703 option 1.
- Third (3), mail-in renewals should include the prior year registration receipt, proof of insurance, and payment. Registration renewals may be mailed to:
