The city of Clay City has announced their spring cleanup slated for this Saturday, April 9 through Saturday, April 16.
For this one week, dumpsters will be located at the city park at the corner of Second Street and Third Avenue. Another dumpster will be on the lot at the corner of Main Street and Veterans Lane.
Prohibited items include liquid waste, medical waste, hazardous waste, tires, batteries, propane tanks (empty or full) freon containing appliances, and paint cans.
You must reside within city limits and curbside pick up may be available for those who need assistance. For further information call City Hall 606–663–2224.
