Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies are conducting a death investigation following the discovery of a deceased male subject in a wooded area near Ponderosa Drive.
According to authorities, the deceased male was found on Tuesday morning at approximately 10:39 AM. Officials say that no immediate cause of death was apparent. An autopsy will be conducted in Frankfort on Wednesday morning to determine the cause of death, and the investigation is ongoing.
