Richmond Police take the Plunge to Raise Money for Special Olympics
Members of the Richmond Police Department took the polar plunge this weekend in Lexington for a good cause—to raise money. According to Chief James Ebert, the team that jumped into the icy waters raised $780 to benefit the Special Olympics.

Madison County Sheriff’s Office has positively identified the body that was found on a farm yesterday as 26 year old Amanda Bailey of Winchester. Officials report that this is now an open death investigation. The Madison County Sheriff’s office is still in charge of the investigation.

A call came in around 2:45 AM this morning regarding a house on fire in Ravenna. The house located on 213 Furnace Junction belonged to Johnny Moreland. Fire Department is on scene right now. Chief stated that they were going to let the fire burn out. More updates to come.
