In what is the fourth arrest of an employee from inside the jail that WBON has covered recently, last night there was another arrest of a Deputy Jailer.
According to the citation, 25-year-old Christopher Hight had been found with contraband on his person and police reportedly had to initiate a search. Upon searching Hight, authorities found tobacco and Suboxone strips, which were allegedly found wrapped within the tobacco.
Hight was charged with promoting contraband, official misconduct, and trafficking. He was originally mirandized at the Madison County Detention Center, but was later transferred to the Clark County Detention Center where he is currently lodged.
