On March 3rd, the Kentucky Folklife Program held a veteran interview workshop at the First Baptist Church. The purpose of the program is to teach people how to conduct oral interviews so that veteran’s stories can be submitted to the Library of Congress.
The Kentucky Folklife Program is part of the American Folklife Program at the Library of Congress.
A total of 12 veterans were present at the workshop to be interviewed. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul will convey submitted interviews to the Library. If you have an interview you would like submitted you can contact Rand Paul’s Deputy State Director Rachel McCubbin at 270-782-8303
