Richmond Police responded to a report of an alleged shoplifting incident at Tractor Supply.
When police arrived at the scene, they allegedly found William Davis in a vehicle which contained open alcohol containers and various drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say they located a substance suspected to be heroin, assorted pills, and a digital scale. Also found in the vehicle were the items reportedly shoplifted from Tractor Supply by Davis’s girlfriend, Jennifer Golden.
Both Davis and Golden were arrested and charged with shoplifting as well as trafficking in controlled substances.
