Two women in Madison County have been indicted on more than 12 counts of criminal abuse after they were found to have allegedly burned a 2 yr old with hot water and used a stun gun on a 8 year old. On Wednesday, a grand jury indicted both Brittany Farris and Christabel Roman.
Farris and Roman were also indicted on two counts of intimidating a participant in the legal process after they allegedly instructed two of the older children to lie to police and social workers.
