Motorcyclist that eluded KSP at speeds over 150 mph Monday in Richmond, arrested in Clark Co.
A motorcyclist, that fled Kentucky State Police in a high-speed pursuit Monday afternoon in Richmond, has been apprehended. According to the KSP citation, the officer observed a Honda motorcycle with no registration plate yesterday around 5 p.m., on the Robert R. Martin, Bypass.
