Captain Manley of Madison County Sheriff’s Office dies after medical episode
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has informed WBON of the passing of one of their officers. According to the sheriff’s office, Captain Sam Manley was eating lunch at a Richmond restaurant when he experienced a medical emergency.
