Police: Pedestrian Dead Following Early Morning Crash on Eastern Bypass

An accident involving a pedestrian early this morning resulted in the shut down of multiple lanes of the Eastern Bypass at Dwight Drive for multiple hours. According to Assistant Chief with the Richmond Police Department Rodney Richardson, this resulted in a fatality of a 27-year-old man.
