Today we see highs right around 50 and tonight the temps will really not drop that much at all, probably just into the mid 40’s, but the rain moves in as well. Overnight, there will be locally heavy rain showers and some thunder and lightning as well.
Tomorrow, more rain, there will be a brief break in the rain during the mid-morning and early afternoon followed by more heavy downpours tomorrow night. There will be an additional inch to two inches of rain over the next 24 to 36 hours.
Flash flood watch will start today and it has been extended through Sunday morning. If you live in an area that is prone to flooding make sure that you stay aware.
Sunday, the rain will come to an end, giving us at least a couple of days of sunshine.
