The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has officially identified the woman killed in a crash early Sunday morning on I-75 in Lexington as a Madison County resident.
22-year-old Liczi Lopez of Richmond died from multiple blunt force traumatic injuries following the collision.
Her death has been ruled as accidental.
Ms. Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene on northbound 75, near mile marker 111.
The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. Sunday.
