Joy Emerson, also known as Joy Poynter has been charged with a felony of 18 counts of theft by unlawful taking from Concrete Materials Company LLC., in Richmond, Kentucky where she was employed as the book keeper for approximately twenty years.
The investigation is still ongoing. Emerson Is scheduled for release today.
