Richmond Police arrested a woman on Sunday February 4, 2024, who was wanted on multiple warrants out of Estill County.
48-year-old Mistie Combs of Richmond was taken into custody Sunday morning. Combs is facing over 20 separate charges. They range from various drug trafficking counts, possession, tampering with evidence, wanton endangerment, and being a persistent felony offender.
Combs also had a separate warrant out of Pike County for flagrant nonsupport. Combs was located at a residence on Arlington Street in Richmond Sunday morning around 9:30.
She was arrested and transported to the Madison County Detention Center.
