A female was recently arrested after allegedly passing out at a gas station.
40-year-old Ronda Martinez was was found passed out in the front seat of her car parked in front of Speedway in Richmond.
Reports stated that she had been sitting in the parking lot parked in the handicap space for 45 minutes without getting out.
Police believed that Martinez was under the influence of a controlled substance, presenting a danger to herself or others.
Upon searching, police found a clear baggie containing a white, cystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine in Martinez’s shorts.
Martinez was arrested and charged with 1st degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
