**UPDATE**
Late Tuesday night, Winchester Police announced the man being sought had been found, apprehended, and identified as David Ritchie. Ritchie was charged with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting and was booked in the Clark County Detention Center.
The Department thanked the public who assisted in locating Ritchie, and reminded everyone all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

The Winchester Police Department has asked the publics assistance in identifying the individual in the feature photograph below.
Authorities say the man is wanted in connection to a significant theft at Rural King around 3pm Tuesday afternoon, September 23, 2025.
