A box that was created for good has recently met a bit of a bad end.
The blessing box was created after a grant was passed by the City of Richmond. The original purpose and goal was to help those in need by allowing community members to donate non-perishable food and hygiene essentials. Located at Real Life Community Church on Glyndon Ave, the blessing box was unfortunately vandalized and partially dismantled.
The Richmond police are currently looking for any tips on who may have done this.
