What is your New Year’s Resolution? Well, let’s see if we can come up with a list for you, if you have not given it any thought.
Be kinder to your spouse, children, friends, parents, and everyone. That sounds like a good resolution to create family peace and happiness.
Start putting money away for retirement. Sounds like an accountant talking, but you will thank me for this advice if you live long enough.
Eat better and exercise more. Are you trying to lose weight? If so, this may sound like another good resolution but hard to keep. If you want to lose weight, don’t eat after 6 p.m.
Be on time for work, appointments, and dinner. This one is hard for me. My apologies ahead of time for never making this one.
Keep a clean house and work environment. As most of you know, cleanliness is extremely important, especially around babies said no one. May help not to get Covid again.
Save money to buy a new car. Well, this sounds like more accounting advice, but most rich people drive old cars from my perspective.
Take care of your aging parents. This sounds like a good idea for my brother and sister, but they know that I will help.
Slow down and count your blessings. My favorite song is one by Alabama, “I’m in a hurry and don’t know why.” We live in a hectic world.
Set a few personal and business goals. My father drilled this into my brain at an early age and wished that I would have listened more to him.
Work smarter and have some fun. This is one of my favorite resolutions. Put a song in your heart.
Stop heckling coaches and referees. It will be tough for me to do this but I will try!
Say your prayers and read the Bible. This is first on my list.
