Today the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet operations center announced an ‘until further notice’ closing of the Valley View Ferry that shuttles traffic to and from Madison and Jessamine County. In a post on their Facebook page, it states the closure is due to illness, and apologizes for the inconvenience.
Travelers please be advised and plan alternate routes.
