During the Tuesday night Berea City Council Meeting it was decided that a representative from Amp would attend the next meeting to asnwer questions about he continuing controversy about Berea’s electricity provider. Berea City Manager Randy Stone says he will be able to ensure that a representative is in attendance.
The Berea electricity has been an ongoing controversy, City Councilor Jerry Little provided a follow up report to the one he provided at the last meeting. He stated concerns over a possible mistake in the contract for the cities electricity. He stated that the mistake is less than a dollar per amp-hour it would quickly add up to hundreds of thousands. He also expressed concern that the possible mistake has gone unnoticed.
