A unique Berea business has announced they will close their doors for good soon. The “Noodle Nirvana” on South Main Street made the news public today. The owners cite rising food and operational costs, along with shifting labor challenges, and the pandemic as all contributing factors.
The restaurant opened 7 years ago with a commitment that part of the proceeds would go to four designated charities. Those were the New Opportunity School for Women, the Madison County Food Bank, Hope’s Wings Domestic Violence Program, and Hospice. Over their time in business, the owners say they raised almost $200,000 for these organizations.
Noodle Nirvana will be closing the doors permanently on October 14th. You can check their Facebook page for updated hours over their final three weeks.
